Okay real talk – how many hours you wasting playing calendar tag? We were losing like 15 hours every dang week before we figured this out. Now clients book themselves (even at 3am when I’m sleeping) and our no-shows dropped big time.

Step 1: Put In Your REAL Hours

(Not them fantasy hours where you think you gonna work at 5am)

  1. Go to Calendar > Settings (its kinda hidden ngl)
  2. Block off when you actually work (be forreal)
  3. Add buffer time!! (we do 25 mins cause people be late)
  4. Make personal time bright red (or you’ll forget)

True Story: One time we forgot to block lunch and ended up eating tacos on Zoom. Client asked for our taco guy’s number smh

Step 2: Make The Booking Page

This part lowkey easy once you get it:

  1. Click that “Service Scheduling” thing
  2. Add your logo (ours looked trash at first nbs)
  3. Put your appointment types:
    • “Quick 15” (free)
    • “Hour Power” ($500)
  4. Ask ONE good question:
    “What’s the ONE thing we gotta fix in this call?”

Step 3: The Reminders That Don’t Flop

We tested mad versions – these work best:

1. Right After Booking
“Ayy [First Name]! You booked for [date] at [time]. My number’s [number]. Need to reschedule? [Link]”

2. Day Before
“Yo – we talking tomorrow at [time]! Bring [thing they need] and let’s get it.”

3. 1 Hour Before
“Almost time! Zoom link: [link] (I’m in there early if you wanna test your mic)”

Where We Put Our Booking Link

Everywhere fr:

  • Email footer (duh)
  • Website (like 3 spots)
  • IG bio (got 12 bookings from this!)
  • Even our voicemail: “Want to talk? Book online at…”

When It Breaks (Cause It Will)

Happened to us last week. Fix:

  1. Check timezones (always trippin)
  2. Refresh that calendar sync

  2. Made 24h notice rule
